Abstrak

Pengelolaan biaya perjalanan dinas di Pabrik Gula Wonolangan dilakukan secara semi manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan dokumen fisik. Proses ini menyebabkan perhitungan biaya perjalanan dinas berisiko mengalami kesalahan, serta penyusunan laporan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama.

Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Biaya Perjalanan Dinas berbasis web yang dapat mengurangi resiko kesalahan perhitungan biaya, mengintegrasikan pengelolaan data perjalanan dinas, serta mempermudah penyusunan laporan.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumen. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall yang terdiri atas tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian.  Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu membantu proses perhitungan biaya perjalanan dinas secara lebih akurat, mengelola data perjalanan dinas dan realisasi biaya secara terintegrasi, serta menghasilkan laporan dengan lebih cepat. Hasil dari implementasi dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan perhitungan biaya, mempercepat proses administrasi, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan biaya perjalanan dinas di Pabrik Gula Wonolangan.

Abstract

Management of official travel expenses at the Wonolangan Sugar Factory is done semi-manually using Microsoft Excel and physical documents. This process causes the calculation of the cost of official travel at risk of error, and the preparation of reports takes longer.

Based on these problems, this study aims to design and build a web-based official travel cost Information System that can reduce the risk of miscalculation of costs, integrate the management of official travel data, and facilitate the preparation of reports.

The research method used is Mixed Method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and document collection. System development using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall model which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing.  The system is built using PHP programming language with MySQL database.

Based on the results of the study showed that the system is built to help the process of calculating the cost of official travel more accurately, manage data on official travel and cost realization in an integrated manner, and generate reports more quickly. As a result of the implementation and testing that has been done, the system developed can help reduce cost calculation errors, speed up the administrative process, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managing travel costs at the Wonolangan Sugar Factory
